After decades of zoning amendments, the Town’s zoning ordinance had become unwieldy and difficult to use.

ADG carried out an audit to identify problem areas. Meeting regularly with Londonderry Community Development Department staff, ADG developed a comprehensive document that reorganized and reformatted the ordinance. This collaboration resulted in a much more user-friendly zoning process.
